StarTropics – Nintendo Power Volume 21 (Feb 1991)

How do you fight the wintry February doldrums? With a tropical adventure on C-Island of course! In this episode of Power Time, we accompany Mike Jones on his quest to find Dr. J in StarTropics! This game, developed by Nintendo in Japan but only released in North America and Europe, hasn’t been referenced much in the past 20 or so years. Let’s explore the history, music, and memories associated with this game, including some awesome special guest commentary from video games journalist and Nintendo Force contributor, David Oxford.

And congrats to David O. (…it’s a different, David O.,) who won the SNES Classic giveaway!
